Galveston's 61st Street Fishing Pier: Employee Spotlight: Corinna Corinna has been working at Galveston's 61st Street Fishing Pier for 17 years. She loves the fishermen and customers that come to the pier, and never meets a stranger. A long time resident of Galveston, Corinna was born in England and has also lived in Puerto Rico and San Francisco. She is mother to five and a new grandmother. She enjoys studying astrology and as a child, she wanted to be an astronaut. She is certified in CPR, TABC, and is a Galveston CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador), and she is also working towards a degree in education.
