With so many in need this year, we have decided to host a food drive for the Galveston County Food Bank December 10th to December 25th! We will be offering loyalty points in exchange for donations. Here’s how it works! You will receive 100 loyalty points for every item donated up to 5 items. That is 500 points which equals a free admission on the pier on your NEXT visit. In order to get your points, you will need to sign in with the cashier and provide the your name and phone number, and how many items you donated. Your points will be available in 24 hours. Galveston County Food Bank suggested items to bring, and items we cannot accept... • Canned food- tomatoes, sauce, meat, tuna, soup, fruit, vegetables, peanut butter, jelly • Meal in a can- chili, stew, ravioli… • Meal in a box- burger/tuna helper, macaroni and cheese… • Packaged-pasta, cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix, rice, beans • Hygiene - shampoo, toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, feminine products, deodorant For the safety of those we serve, the Galveston County Food Bank is unable to accept: • Open packages • Homemade food items • Perishable foods • Items with “expired” dates
